Exchange Policy

• Exchange available within 5 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags
• Only one-time exchange allowed per order

Return & Refund Policy

• Return accepted within 2 days of delivery
• Refund is processed only after product inspection
• Shipping charges will be deducted from refund amount
• Refund will be made to original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval

• Any damaged / wrong item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
