Exchange Policy

We offer exchange within 5 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
Only one-time exchange is allowed per order.
To request an exchange, please contact us or use the Return/Exchange form.

Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 2 days of delivery.
Refunds will be processed only after the product is received and inspected.
Shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount in case of return.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.

Important Notes

Custom or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.
Any damaged or wrong item received must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
